Photographic emulsion is produced using the latest technology. It has medium contrast and extremely high covering power, which allows for a wide range of halftones even with a relatively high yield of approximately 3 - 6 m2 from 1 kg of emulsion. For most common applications (especially on smooth surfaces), it is sufficient to apply only one layer of emulsion. The advantage of this highly sensitive emulsion is also short exposure times, which allows enlargement of large areas. With most developers, the emulsion provides a neutral to slightly warm tone. The emulsion is intended for universal use and can be applied to various substrates, in addition to paper, such as wood, textiles, glass, porcelain, ceramics, metals, leather, stone, concrete, plaster, etc. However, the photochemical inactivity of the substrate is important. If this condition is not met, the substrate must be passivated with a suitable waterproof layer (e.g. epoxy varnish, etc.). Another important condition is good wettability of the substrate surface. In order to achieve good adhesion of the emulsion to the substrate, non-wetting surfaces must be treated with a suitable preparation layer before applying the emulsion.
